Not sure if this one is the same on Deliveroo, but if thats the case, your service guys is just ridiculous. I placed an order on Deliveroo, got it accepted, been waiting 1.5h for the delivery and after having called the restaurant and having been told that the rider was coming to grab it, Ive been waiting another half an hour (till 1am). Tried to get in touch with them again but no one answered, as the restaurant resulted closed at that point. Got in touch with the Deliveroo assistance service, they reached out to the restaurant and what have I been told? After 2 hours wait from the moment I placed my order, the restaurant asked to cancel the order as they could not make it anymore, after having said to me that it was ready and the rider was 2 mins away, ready to deliver it. That is just ridiculous.

Ordered takeaway, arrived not fresh, contacted them and was just told that their products are fresh. Not offered any solution, not going to order again. Sad, it used to be good before

The meal deal for 4 was amazing, extremely fresh and tasty. Worth the price.

Best food .Fresh fish and ingredients. Definitely an experience I will not forget it.There food is very testy.
