        glad to see the hot stone back on the menu. sadly my steak was 50% inedible gristle and fat. staff looked away snd put plate on top when collecting so didnt get an opportunity to mention at time. we have been many time to steak and co over years for special occasions. will go elsewhere next time as sons steak also was same standard.
