        Someone finally picked up my call after a week of not getting through and no response from the sales team. Apparently, they misplaced my order, so nothing got sent out. They told me over the phone they will now deliver it immediately and I received the item I ordered in the next 2 days which was great! The disappointing thing is that I only got 376 grams of the food item I ordered when I bought and paid for 500 grams. I decided to weigh it when I opened the bag and it just looks so little. I felt a bit cheated. I informed the sales team again but no response so far.
