I have been with Bluecoat and their Finplan software for 17 years and very pleased with their service. Karyn, the firms "Customer Relationship Manager" however resolved an imposing issue for me recently, really quickly and want to say thank you.

Suddenly Bluecoat softare has stopped - been removed on our desktop and we have no menas of contacting them. Has anyone else had the same ? over 5,000 client records have disappeared over night with private and confidential information - why ? We are havigng issues with Microsfot failures and heir refusal to correct their "support", and how this affects other businesses. Perhaps it is a Government thing ??? Interestlingly we had similar isseues aithIntelliflo the Kettling systems for collating client information for selling on - and the refusal of their CEO to reply or respond. In my opinion this is Insider Dealing - similar to A J Bell who interfered with funds through their groomed slaves /employees> One good reaosn NOT to put your trust in ONE COMPANY !
