I had a separate accounting and payroll subscription. When my accounting subscription was due to expire, I took up their offer of a bundled subscription which included both accounting and payroll services.
Unfortunately, they continued to charge me for the payroll service. It took many attempts to get someone to fix the problem, but I am still waiting for a refund some 2 months later, despite numerous chaser emails.
To make matters worse, now the payroll service that I have paid for has stopped working as the system thinks the subscription has expired but I have 10 months left.
Terrible customer service. You can never speak to a human, everything is via email and all they do is raise a ticket rather than fix the problem.
The business is not joined up and the different parts do not speak to each other. For a software business you think managing subscriptions would be simple!!!
Please fix my subscription and refund my money.
