The Snowboard Asylum, London Covent Garden

The beginning of January I came here with my boyfriend to get advice about a new board. I can't remember the name but a shorter guy helped me and really took his time, and ended up recommending the Jones aviator to me for some free riding. After some more research I ended up buying the Jones Air Heart (women's) and am so satisfied with it!! I really hope you end up reading this because your advice has transformed my powder game :) Had some fresh 50 cms in Austria these last few days and it's been a dream, so I wanted to pass on the gratitude! My fiance took me here for a snowboard boot sizing. The guy who helped us, Columbus, was very knowledgeable and truly made sure I had the right boot, with the perfect fit. We were there over an hour with him heat moulding them at the end. Can't thank him enough for his expertise.

Would definitely recommend to come here if you're trying to find the right gear for you. Adi was super helpful - I could see he has a lot of passion for this and knows his stuff so I was really in good hands. He did not hesitate to give me a few personal tips and share his genuine opinion so we found perfect boots for me (which at the beginning I wrote off because of some specific features). All my questions and all the doubts I had were addressed. Really enjoyed the experience, hands down the best service - they'll give you time and attention you need. Will definitely be back next time.
