        I had to cancel my booking as the provider sent me insecure links to self check in and uploading sensitive documents as well as my credit card after I booked through a business travel company my company uses (TripActions). None of that information was available upon booking. When I called the customer service, I was speaking with a very unpleasant gentleman that was not at all helpful, gave me attitude and raised his voice at me on the phone and tried to push all responsibility to the provider they are working with and have me deal with them.
