homely Central London West End Apartments

We stayed in nov 22.Though the location is v good, we had tough time taking two big bags on second floor climbing almost 50 steps on narrow spiral staircases. I wouldnt recommend it for people with big bags . No help was given for us at checkout on request.The water system is also v slow inside which wld slow the flow of water if used at one place.High chairs were v wobbly n difficult to sit while dining. Be careful of falling. Rest ok

Absolutely brilliant customer service! They guided us through the whole process of booking and arrival and went out of their way to help me retrieve a few items s I accidentally left behind in the apartment. Apartment itself is perfectly located for exploring with bus and metro stations easily available. The view from the windows is exceptional and even though I had a hunch it would be too noisy during the night my kid, my wife and I all slept perfectly each night. This is a perfect place for couples or a couple with one or two kids and I felt we could have stayed here for months as it started feeling like home very soon.
