Started coming here as the other sandwich shop's quality started to deteriorate. The bread needs to be fresh. Using bread bought the week before (today is Monday) is unacceptable. The bread is like cardboard. So disappointing. I know times are tough but really, 1 extra a week is not going to shut down your business. Customers going elsewhere will.
