I had a dyspraxia assessment with Dr Bernard Horsford. The booking system was efficient and I was provided with comprehensive, clear information prior to the assessment. Dr Bernard Horsford made the assessment as enjoyable as such a thing can ever be; he was very nice and easy to work with. It was a positive experience overall, and I happily recommend.

My friend was very anxious prior to the beginning of the assessment, but Dr Horsford's patience and professionalism did the trick. His interview was thorough and it all went smoothly and seamlessly. I will recommend this company.

Terrible service, we spent 1200 on a report for our son only to find that they did not appear to be regulated for the JCQ to accept it. They were asked a number of times to confirm if they were registered and failed to respond to any calls or emails. I now have to urgently get another report from someone else who is registered and our son may miss the deadline to apply for extra time. Calls just go through to a call centre and no-one can reach Bernard Horsford. Very disappointing.

After doing my thorough research I found out this is a scam business. Stay away! They don't have an office and no business under this address. Will ask for full payment even before they agree to book you an appointment or before they agree to answer your emailed questions.
