Rubbish. Avoid at all costs. Modification. To counter their claims I dont live in one of their buildings even though I have been dealing directly with one of their directors. The building I live in is actually on their profile pictures. But they claim I am not living in one of their blocks to discredit my claims. Please show my post to your directors. The person in question will identify who I am an which building I live in.

My perception is that they are expensive but I haven't crosschecked recently. They are not interested in small extras other than at disproportionate fees. Hope we can change at next review for the Block

Shocking company, do not use. Called out two plumbers for different issues. The first diagnosed the problem in 15 mins then spent 1.5 hours messing with their app to try to charge me. Ended up charging me for 2 hours, 192, thanks. The second plumber was much worse, he said we needed a new boiler and lied and lied about the issue. We ended up getting a British gas person round who said the boiler was perfectly fine and fixed a small issue in 20 mins. Do not trust these people.

Tracey has been absolutely brilliant helping us to gather the information with regards to our newly acquired mansion block flat. Always offering as much advice, information and supportive knowledge for us. She was always polite, helpful and prompt with responding. True Star. Thank you.
