Id always wanted to be lean and have a muscular physic ever since I can remember. I was never skinny and never really wanted to be. I wanted to be strong. With Harrys help, my dreams came true. I never had the type of body where you could tell I worked out even though I was working out six days a week! .. this was all up until I met Harry and started with Visfit! Where was I going wrong? Not only am I super happy with my body now, I also now have the tools and knowledge to know exactly what to do in order to keep making progress in the right direction. I couldnt be happier! This wasnt just a one time fix and now where to I go? .. I now know and understand the process. It has done an incredible job to heal my relationship with food and learn that food is FUEL! Food is and can be used to our full advantage rather than being the enemy! As soon as my mindset changed in this regard, my whole life improved. Harry was there with me every step of the way with my journey and still continues to be now! Hes awesome. Im currently lean bulking (I had no idea what this was a few months ago) and feel like an expert! Im eating above maintenance calories and building muscle like crazy. I feel so strong! This journey has be completely and utterly educational.

Ive recently finished a 3 month transformation with Harry. It was one of the toughest experiences Ive gone through but worth every moment! He was very approachable from the get go. Always answered my questions kindly and honestly. Pushed/encouraged me when he knew I could do more. Never made me feel like I had failed if I was struggling. A true inspiration! Moving forward, Ive learnt some incredible life skills that will help me make good health decisions when it comes to looking after myself! Not just aesthetically, but health wise too! If you want someone who will help you achieve things you didnt think you could and help you learn to care for yourself for the future, Harrys your man!

Harry is simply the best; he helped me tremondously in hitting my goals. His approach is scientific and methodical but is flexible and very friendly and approachable. If you're looking to get in shape or lose weight, I can't recommend Harry and Visfit highly enough.
