Becca is definitely the best coach I had so far! She is super professional and understand quickly what are your goals and how to reach them in the most efficient way to maintain them. What I found particularly great is that she has an holistic approach to her gym coaching. She spotted quickly what was needed for my body and gave me great tips to never injured myself with weight training. Additionally, she gave me great nutrition tips that helped me with my relationship with food and tips to change my mindset which is so important to meet goals! Thanks Becca :) I recommend her 100% !!

Really amazing PT - could see the massive transformation within 3 weeks! Motivates you, and pays close attention to make sure the movements are done properly so you don't hurt yourself. If you want a PT, definitely go with her :)

Over the past year and half I have had the pleasure of having Becca as my coach. The knowledge that she possesses around training, nutrition, and mindset development have been absolutely invaluable to me. We started by setting goals together and then she created an individualized exercise and nutrition plan around these. I have seen a complete transformation in not only my body composition, but also my mindset. She explains what each exercise does and ensures that you have proper form throughout in order to avoid injury. She has helped me to establish coping mechanisms for when things dont go as planned, which I can tell have made a massive difference in so many areas of my life. I am so much stronger both mentally and physically - I have so much more energy and I am overall a more confident and positive person because of Becca!! She is dependable, enthusiastic, and compassionate. I really couldnt recommend her more!

Training with Becca has been revolutionary for my health, physically and mentally. My job requires me to sit in front of a computer 9 hours a day so unfortunately I didn't get to move much for the past 8 years. I was feeling always very tired from the very morning, mentally exhausted and not very motivated towards sports. I also wasn't paying attention to the food I was eating, mostly grabbing some quick lunch takeaway. Having this lifestyle and being anemic didn't helped. Becca helped me find the right diet and she trained me 1 day a week. I felt straight away so much better. I had more energy, felt less tired and more focus at work. My muscles felt more toned up already after a couple of sessions. I really recommend her, she's patient, she's focused and she cares. I am working hard to change my sedentary lifestyle to an healthier one and - thanks to Becca - training has become more fun.
