James is a pleasure to work with. He has a vast amount of experience and has helped me particularly with consistency and strength routines. He gives clear guides that are suitable for life and is extremely approachable and professional. Through using his services I was able to get my deadlift up and past 200kg and a bench press north of 150kg which were part of my goals which I was extremely happy with.
