Ray-Ban

Went in today to get my sunglasses adjusted, fully expecting to pay for it. The lovely store assistant spent time adjusting my glasses so they were perfect again and didnt want any money! Fantastic friendly and efficient service.

Not good for your health. They did me a wrong eye test and I felt with nausea all the time. I asked them to replace the lenses and after two weeks I had again the same issue. Going to Specsavers it turned out that the eye test at Ray-ban was wrong. UPDATE: After showing to the CS the big difference between the right prescription and their prescription they have declined me a refund. I had to spend additional money to change the glasses somewhere else.

Went there the other day looking for a new pair of sunglasses as I had lost mine. The lady who served me (I believe she is called Bianca) was absolutely amazing, not only she helped me find the right model and colour but managed to give me a five star customer service despite being pretty much alone in a very busy shop. She has been great!

Worst opticians ever. Dirty glasses, slow service, arrogant staff and unprofessional, disorganized operations. Still waiting for my prescription glasses ordered in January. They never answer the phone so I tested, by calling from inside the shop. The phone was turned off!
