Rob Still and his team are exceptional. I was a first time buyer 5 years ago, and at that time Rob ensured I was well informed on the type of mortgage product I was able to access, but he also advised me on all options properly tailoring to my own needs. Communication was faultless, he made all the admin part simpler and understandable, same for the financial data. Any members of his team are also trained to give really first class support: professional, reliable, very pleasant to deal with, able to explain things clearly and look at all the options. Rob and his team also keep in touch ahead of important deadlines, giving sound and illustrated advice. They are very proactive and in tune with the markets so you don't miss out on the best deal suited to you, but subtle enough in their way of dealing with you as to leaving you leeway to make an informed decision, which will be in the end your own decision. Rob and Sam go beyond what is expected of them, a friend had recommended them to me in the first place and I am as grateful to her for this great find than I am to them for their exceptional service. We used Rob and the team to do our original mortgage and have worked with them again to remortgage. They have been great both times, taking time to talk us through the options and persisting to find the right product for us when certain doors were closed. The personal aspect of the service is fantastic and they have worked round the clock to help us get things across the line.
