        The carpet made us dizzy, a dingy dated hotel restaurant with a strong smell of damp. Food was very mediocre and staff said it was all bought in. Not very impressed to have been surrounded by people using cheap vouchers. Staff kept on arguing with each other and the manager was shouting to the team creating a stressful situation. You could even hear shouting at the kitchen, it was very embarrassing. The bar was unmanned for a 5-star establishment was terribly disappointing.
