Ismash is the business; Covent Garden is the branch; and Alex, the man, for the job. Ive always had amazing service with this company, and Alexs assistance was absolutely exemplary of my experience. He was so helpful, understanding and warm; and unbelievably able and speedy too! Five stars!

Selvin deserves the utmost praise for his amazing work and great customer service. He was very helpful, explaining the process clearly, putting me at ease. I had a completely shattered iPhone SE screen. He fixed it within in an hour. Thank you, Selvin!

went to iSmash by curiosity while waiting for my Genius Bar appointement at the Apple Store near it to fix my frozen iPhone screen : turned out Aleksander was way much more efficient and helpful ! he fixed my issue in literally 2s, for free ! Highly recommend to go fix your smarphone over there.
