Honestly iv been training at This gym on and off for 7years and I think they have never changed the sound track. Its only down to the gyms convenience I even still train here. Walking down the stairs literally drains the life out of me because the atmosphere is so boring. The front entrance smells like a rat has died somewhere. Plus there is one old man who walks around with basically see-through short shorts. The staff pay next to no attention to anything and there is one male staff member who spends most of his time giving dirty looks. If I could Give no stars I would

Nice gym! They have good equipments for workout. The gym is well-mantained and clean and the trainers/coaches are friendly and supportive!
