        Spontaneously decided to go to this Accessorize store with my friend as the other on Oxford Street had no piercings available then and it was the best decision! Ishra (sorry if spelling is wrong) made us feel so welcome and the piercing was so easy and we love it so much! Highly recommend it with a really good deal as well!! :)

        Picked up some wonderful birthday presents, the young girls on the floor were very polite and helpful, but the lady on the till was rude, dont care if this lady was alot older, she needs to take lessons from her younger staff

        I went into Accessorise strand today to pierce my ears which was done by Charlotte. She was amazing very polite, and such a people person! She also pierced my sisters ears last year and were both happy with the results :) Overall great customer service !
