Fantastic customer service from covent garden this week on the phone superb and in person everyone friendly and so kind like it used to be 10/10 customer service. Sorry I can't remember Italian gentleman that served me he bent over backwards to assist me with my return etc and it was super busy as just after Xmas! And reordered item in store and it arrived less than 48 hours after
