He took his time to intricately give me an insight into the different materials whilst allowing me to try on multiple varieties until I was able to get the right pair for myself. The commitment and passion amongst all staff was clear to see!

        I visited yesterday to buy some smart dress shoes. Strangly there are 2 Loake shops opposite each other. I went in the bigger one of the 2. i was served my Leena who measured my feet and was extremely helpful in recommending me styles and bought out several different sizes to try. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything which was great. Very happy with my purchase!
