horribly inexperienced Talent team with less than 2 years interviewing senior management. Shocking. Typical dated marketing agency trying to use new terminology to make it out like they are doing something new. But yes that was one of the worst led, arrogant interviews i have ever had where someone just out of university and no actual marketing strategy experience. Madness.

Weird interview process - I left the building thinking what was that... I got the vibe that there was a bit of smoke and mirrors going on within the company but that was just from my first impressions!
