I cannot recommend Sophie Chapman highly enough. She was not only incredibly efficient and professional throughout our (very stressful) first house purchase, but also phenomenally supportive and always on hand to advise us. Many of my friends have struggled to find good legal counsel so I cant believe how lucky we were to have Sophie recommended to us. We instructed Sophie Chapman from Saracens Solicitors when buying our first home, she couldnt have been more helpful through every step - being first time buyers we had lots of questions which she always took the time to answer and make clear for us. Email replies were always within 24hrs sometimes even within the hour, when most solicitors can take 5+ days to reply - this really sped up the process and we were always kept updated with every progression throughout the process. Couldnt recommend Sophie Chapman enough and we would instruct her again if we were to buy another house!
