All this firm are bothered about is how much money they can get out of you and your insurers. They try their best to make you feel they are on your side, all the time counting the pennies they can make out of you. Then even when they are faced with something which they cannot disprove they lie in an attempt to cover their mistakes and refuse to apologise. I was faced with a bill of 35,000 thanks to their incompetence. I ended up paying another 2,500 for another solicitor to get to the bottom of their mistake and even though they were ordered to pay the money back they still didnt apologise, continued to say it was my fault and I didnt get my 2500 back. There are plenty of other solicitors out there who actually follow the correct processes.
