To describe Adrian Scotland as simply a consummate professional would indeed be an understatement. Through the shock of redundancy and those thoughts of being undervalued and under compensated, Adrian was there to put me straight at each turn of events. Hes not afraid to share his own personal thoughts and is so capable of a prompt yet finely measured evaluation of the scenario as presented to him, the questions he asks and the analyses he provides are extraordinary. His genuine humanitarian approach to an individuals sensitivity and vulnerability are values Ive not seen with employment law representatives before in my career. He is equally proven capable of taking on a vastly involved High Court case as he is in winning the cause of one ex-employee. I cant recommend him enough in all respects and particularly in the explosive, volatile Media environment he frequently finds himself taking on the so-called giants. He is of course supported by a superb group of equally committed individuals, particularly Alexandra Harvey, who provides polished support to him and his clients.

The experience I had at Judge Sykes Frixou was top class. I was supported throughout by knowledgeable, reflective, hard-working professionals who are clearly at the top of their game. Not only did they provide me with spot on advice and recommendations for my case but also supported me throughout what could have been a very stressful experience, but with their support and guidance, this was certainly reduced. They were a really responsive team and there was always somebody at the end of an email or the end of a phone to talk through either my concerns or the latest updates on the case. Their correspondence was excellent and communication clear, being able to adapt to relevant audiences. I have never met a team of more skilled professionals both in the legal sense in respect of knowledge and skills, but also in the personal, holistic and individualised approach they take with their clients. I was very fortunate i was looked after by Adrian S and Alex H. That level of honesty, trust, commitment and willingness to find the best solution i have not come across during my professional career. They were much more than just my solicitors. I recommended them to my friends and they have without exception received the highest praise. Would not look anywhere else.
