I had an appointment for a consultation scheduled for today and I was waiting in the waiting room for 25 minutes,and when I spoke with the front desk lady she said that I'd have to wait 20 more minutes,that was all, no apologies no explanation whatsoever, definitely won't be coming back

I have been going to SK:N for over 3 years for my laser treatment as a returning costumer because the costumer service and treatments have always been excellent. My practitioner is Leigh, who is absolutely amazing and friendly. Leigh does her job with so much care, she is super aware and is always extremely professional and kind. She provides the right advice if you have any queries/concerns without any hesitation. The place itself is really nice and clean, staff are always friendly. I highly recommend this clinic as it's not often you can walk away from a place feeling happy with the results and costumer service.

I definitely recommend laser hair removal. Although some hair is stubborn and some will grow back but the results are extremely good! Also for anyone who's interested please trust the process. Its worth every penny if you stick to it. It has literally changed my life. Leigh is wonderful person who always gives a very warm welcome with a smile and has the right attitude, she goes the extra mile to chat and remember her customers, professional and helpful. I choose to only see her , I feel comfortable with her and she always makes sure you are comfortable during the session. All the other staff are also nice but I do recommend Leigh 1000% I hope staff are recognised for their amazing work.
