        Wanted to say a massive thank you to sensei Gary for helping me to achieve my black belt in karate. His instruction helped me to build a strong karate foundation. It's tough and you need to have resillience and the ability to keep going when it seems like you'll never get there, but sensei Gary will get you there if you listen and put the effort in. Thank you so much and can't wait to continue learning and growing. Sensei Gary is undoubtedly one of JKA England's best instructors, so if you're looking for somewhere to learn good karate, then you should go to Westminster shotokan karate club.
