What a shame!
Manager with the glasses was extremely rude this evening.
He did not inform us that we had to place an order before able to sit at the table.
Standed waiting for 5+ minutes and then the rude manager shouting at me explaining this.
I ordered my cake straight away at cake counter and asked the staff, Ziggy, what coffee would complement my cake , The manager with the glasses shouted at me again and told me should not ask (Ziggy), I should ask the cashier, (Tommy) instead. The voice tone is like military leader order. What on earth is going on ?As a customer, I felt so unwelcome by him.
Why he treated customer like that ?
Unbelievable as a customer to spend money in this shop. What have I done to deserve this rude manner? Seriously, this cafe manager with the glasses looks like he wanna hit me , that kind of attitude if I dunn obey what he said I'm not sure if I wanna go back! HOPE THE OWNER OF SHIBUYA SOHO CAN DO SOMETHING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING
