        How can I give this hotel more stars? This hotel is absolutely amazing. the staff could not be nicer or more welcoming. They take the time to talk to you about your day and youre evening to make sure everything is OK, yet they manage to get their job done and there's no waiting around for anything. during our stay my 10-year-old daughter was sick, and the staff did everything they could to make sure she was OK. she was too sick to come down for breakfast, so they sent up some toast and apple juice to her in the bedroom. unfortunately, I only took one photo of our room and trust me it was amazing. As for location, the hotel is right beside Buckingham Palace and just across the road you have St. Jamess Park subway station. If you're looking for an amazing hotel, in an amazing location, with amazing food and staff, please look no further than the Conrad hotel London St. James.
