The worst experience ever. As former guests of the hotel, we wanted to visit the bar. We knew it's best to get there early as they operate on the principle of first in first served. We therefore arrived 30 min prior to opening and were the first to queue. We also made ourselves known to two staff members to ensure people wouldnt forget us. To our surprise, at 3 pm doors were opened and they let other non-hotel guests in, neglecting us. To our worst surprise, staff gave the message that we'd better come back within 30 min because there was no more space anymore. This lack of service and respect is jaw dropping and is apparently what the hotel today stands for. Never again will we book a room here. Never again will we want to have a drink here. Apparently, today 5 is interpreted by the management as the right to neglect people and to right to make fun of people. Good luck, from the the American Bar at The Savoy, where were enjoying a nice cocktail. Cheers!

Hotellet r gammalt, men fr sin lder vlbevarade rum. Mycket skna sngar! Tyvrr hade vi en del problem med spolknappen p toaletten och trots flera frsk frn personalen blev det inte s mycket bttre. Luftkonditioneringen var otroligt hgljudd, men med ronproppar fungerade det bra. Magisk frukost, och Dukes Bar r vl vrd ett besk!
