People be aware of the staff. There is this one particular scummy person who works there called Natalia Rata who used my bank details to pay for an Uber trip then denied it. I actually contacted Uber about this and they did confirm that it was her. She lies and thinks she can glide through life acting innocent etc but it is all a fake act. I guess she is good at faking hospitality. Don't be fooled. Oh and don't trust her around your bank details. I had to go through a nightmare of contacting Uber to find out what was going on and freeze my bank account while I get a new card. I will be pursuing legal charges against this person. They know why. Safety: Not that safe

I really liked the hotel and the staff were super helpful. My one small complaint is that I had booked the room way in advance but they ended up giving us a very dark room with no view or a view of an alley to be more precise and a less than optimal configuration for three people. When I complained to the front desk the situation was rectified right away and we got a much better room. I just wish they would have done that from the beginning. Otherwise great place and can't beat the location!
