Terrible communication with the property - did not respond to my cancellation e-mail, then had the nerve to PRE-CHARGE , before my date of arrival, as if they KNEW I wouldn't be coming and how would they have known that? Because they got my e-mail and won't fess up!! Will not refund ANY monies, they did offer a script for a future stay...seriously? Like I might stay with them after this fiasco? Nothing like taking advantage of people during the Covid-19 crisis!!

J'aurais pu comprendre qu'il ne rembourse pas l'intgralit de la somme car ils ne sont pas coupables de la situation mais ils n'ont pas voulu faire de geste, ni mme rembours la moiti du sjour. En plus d'tre trs due de ne pas pouvoir me rendre Londres, c'est plus de 800 euros perdus juste avec le logement. Je ne juge pas la qualit des prestations qui sont peut tre parfaites, je vous met en garde simplement sur les modes d'annulations/ remboursement si jamais cela devait arriv un autre client.
