After enduring a two-hour wait, I can confidently say that the experience at this establishment was well worth it. The food was delectable, and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. They showed exceptional consideration towards their patrons, as evidenced by their provision of complimentary snacks and drinks in the waiting lounge, as well as providing hair ties for customers with long hair whilst dining. They even offer a cover to prevent jackets from becoming smelly or dirty during the meal. Furthermore, I was impressed by the attentiveness of the staff, as they anticipated my needs even before I voiced them. When I mentioned feeling chilly due to the air conditioning, they provided me with a blanket and a warm glass of water without any request on my part.

This is a Chinese cuisine, loved by me and my family. I've visited this place two times now and absolutely loving it than the other hotpot restaurants. The self service area makes you feel very welcomed and the food here is suitable for vegetarians/vegans and non-vegetarians as well. The staff are a helping hand for anything you need and very friendly. But one thing is that this branch is only in London and not in other cities. I would be so lucky if this branch could also be opened in Manchester as well. Btw good food.
