Unfortunately I had to deal with a renewal call from Lloyd who misinformed me about my policy, indirectly insulted me and I never received an apology from him but a grovelling call from a manager. All not acceptable when the renewal should be automatic!!

Didn't know what to expect but was presently surprised when my advisor Luke Elliott took on a hands on aproach when i had problems with a claim. It was something i certainly didnt expect from a large insurance brokerage firm. Thank you Luke!

I don't recommend this company took out private insurance with AVIVA. When I tried to book on their app to see a private doctor was told had no appointments for 4-5 days, then told to use the NHS. Had to visit the hospital as ld an uriny tract infection which was very painful. What's the points paying nearly 1400 per year, and when you're unwell they don't want to help you, because they don't have enough doctors. When I cancelled the policy, someone from your firm rang me but I missed the call. When I phoned back spoke to a guy who wasn't very friendly, and when I tried to explain that I'd already cancelled the policy after phoning AVIVA. He was talking over me all the time trying to make me keep the policy, but when l told him it was very rude talking over a customer, then he did a sackable offence he then put the phone down on me. I then phoned your company to make a complaint about the sales person behaviour, but never heard anything back by phone or any letter!

I was very satisfied with my advisor Thomas C. He was extremely patient with my questions and demonstrated a genuine willingness to provide assistance on finding the right product for my needs. I have thus happily subscribed to a life insurance policy that had a lower price point than what had previously been offered to me by a previous company, and for a higher paying amount for my beneficiary, so I couldn't be more satisfied. Plus, I have really enjoyed the truly personalised service! The customer service really was of high quality. Thanks Thom!
