        I paid for Ultra Facial Cleanser but when I looked in my bag on the tube, Im the lady had put hand salve in there! I tried to go back but it was then closed. I came back to Manchester that night and tried to swap it in store there but they cant because they are in Selfridges (makes zero sense). Ive been told to either travel to Liverpool?!?!? Or keep trying the Embankment store. Ive called about 20 times but NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. The customer service advisor on the customer service line was also useless. Ive used Kiehls for years but I think this is the end of the line for me. Theyve wasted so much of my time.

        I popped in to Embankment Kiehl's on 19/12 to grab a gift for my other half. Marianna welcomed me very warm, she was very helpful, supportive and payed attention to the details. I had opportunity to speak with her about my skincare routine, she provided me little advices to be implemented, we had lovely conversation overall. As I am your regular customer I have never received that great service. Absolutely huge thank you Marianna! x
