        I was really pleased today with getting an appointment a few hours before, great communication and then there was a lot of time to really sort out and discuss what I wanted (which was for my hair to be a bit lighter to blend in with the clip in extensions I brought with me). Kallan did a great job. Thank you so much. The only tiny thing I'd change is to sweep the floor a bit more before I sat down as the previous person's hair went all over my bags haha.
