I was initially worried that I would struggle however it is designed for everyone with all different weights and targets.
Doing a class initially on ClassPass, I quickly became a member because of how friendly and inclusive the gym was, I never felt out of place being unfit or unable to lift heavy.
The coaches are super supportive and work around your skill or injuries. Five months on I can see a massive improvement in my fitness levels and strength all thanks to UN1T.
I would recommend this gym to everyone, no matter their fitness goals as its an incredible space to train. The facilities are brand new, clean with showers, towels and everything you could need.
