Will Baxter, Creative Director has recently completed some fantastic work for the Bank Station Capacity Upgrade Project (BSCU). This included an infographic style Day In The Life Of (DITLO) which outlines some of the more complex works being carried out later next year on the project. His excellent visualisation skills have captured some extremely technical work processes and translated them into professional visual material, which we will use for high-level communications, both internally and externally. Will was able to help us translate the vision that we had into an engaging and easily accessible illustrated DITLO. His approach helped us to work through and agree our processes to present to the rest of the business and it highlighted areas where we needed to work on. We needed to increase our exposure as a business and promote the company as a professional engineering firm. I have been consulting with Will in his capactiy as a Brand Consultant, and the experience has been terrific. More than anything, Will has been a real help at a sensitive time in my fledgling business: Helping me see structure and patterns, where previously I just saw a rather innofensive client list; and advising me in clear, concrete, practical ways on some new marketing directions. I was in particular deeply impressed by three qualities: 1) Will's ability to take the raw material, "me and my business", and work not against it, but with it to help me make something far better out of it. 2) His consistent objectivity, which above all else, helped me see the wood through the trees. 3) His emphasis on keeping things simple. None of his suggestions were too complicated, or will prove overly difficult to implement, and none of them were costly - though they will, quite rightly, require my time input.
