Being the 'Regulator' of housing associations I informed them of a very large Landlord charging tenants 30 for two 'fire stickers', and potentially charging many vulnerable people in Landlords other homes including care homes which they operate. This should have warranted some kind of investigation. Turns out the Chief Executive of the Housing Association worked for the Homes and Communities Agency prior to landing the job as CEO of the HA. Well what do you expect in this situation. Absolutely nothing. Closed rank - Not interested in upsetting a former employee despite potential widespread fraud.

Completely incompetent - extraordinary delays, and no way of asking what the reason is for their delays or how long they are likely to continue lasting for.

Absoluletly terrible - i've failed to complete on my help to buy property purchase twice because of these people's incompetence and lack of urgency. They are simply being too slow to provide confirmation to developer which is preventing myself and a number of other first time buyers completing.
