        Takes them a year to issue an ATAS certificate. Most students were seriously affected by the delayed paperwork, and had to make alternative study plans. Btw, the whole ATAS thing is racism because EU and American students dont need it but Chinese and Indian students.

        Very helpful advice line. Just had the need to call re a decision critical and slightly urgent travel question. The initial navigation to get to the correct part of the service was a little unclear (hence 4 stars) but the knowledge and patience of the person on the line was excellent, and the wait was less than 5 minutes. Very reassuring. Keep up the good work with your staff F&CO
