The dwp are taking 48.61 a week from my state pension, they cant tell me why or who they're paying it too they only tell me they can't stop it ,im only receiving 97 pounds a week instead of 144 pounds the last person i spoke to threatened to terminate the call the dwp should be ashamed that they've discriminated against a veteran and retired staff nurse

Over the past couple days/ week I have been spammed with emails in relation to completing a reference check for a former employee (which isn't an obligation). Although, I have no issue completing the reference, I could see why others wouldn't as this company annoyingly spams your email.

I have tried every single day for the last four weeks to get through by telephone as my query is not answerable online. I have pressed every single option approximately 50 times a day and You just get an engaged tone and cuts you off. This is an absolute disgrace especially as it is designed for elderly people
