VERY VERY POOR SERVICE I returned several things I bought from Asos and I paid with clearpay, but they haven't given me my money back for several months now. I sent many messages to customer service but no one answers my messages. Very bad service, do not recommend

Trying to get money back on an item that was sent out broken damaged and markings on. Clearpay are just adding fees, I've emailed them so many times and also the company purchased through no help. More interested in adding fees and sending you letters without responding to the actual issue.

I am trying to contact Clearpay and there is nowhere I can find a phone number to call. (it must be somewhere but it should be more visible) I don't have to go through inumerous articles to get help from a bot. I have purchased with Asos using clearpay and have never received the order, yet I have been attempted charged the instalments as normal. even a late payment fee as I found easier to move money from my account registered with Clearpay not to be charged again, than to speak to anyone over the phone to resolve this matter.

Its very stressful when ur having a problem and cant speak to someone but have to wait for them to email u back just not good enough!
