Her name is Gosia and she is constantly looking at how she can make the queues more efficient and better serve the customers.
A month after buying my sushi, I had not seen Gosia but when I went back she remembered who I was and that I had an Itsu card and the items I ordered last time.
Well done ITSU on employing such amazing people look after the customers.
