1st and foremost, Deconstruct does not answer the phone nor do they bother to follow up phone calls via voicemail. Started work for them on 25th as agency worker for one of their jobs in green park. I urge any operative of colour, avoid at all costs, as Deconstruct have racist site supervisors within their ranks, was told,' black lads are lazy', by quite an old gentleman who clearly needs to retire(in his approximate 50s) who is a site supervisor, I left early as I was extremely vexed, by the treatment I recieved, I do not tolerate discrimination, understandably I was fired as I gave no notice to my departure. However, take time to understand this, this is not the first firm to have racists within their ranks and quite frankly this behaviour within the industry is disgusting and I will see to any operative on site that behaves in this way will be 'weeded out'. People who are still living in the 50-60s do not belong on site or anywhere for that matter!!! Good day Jared Austin
