        Booked tickets, no confirmation email, unable to speak to customer services, emailed the helpline only to get a standard response and case number. Money has been taken from my bank account. Avoid this company. I've now gone to Star. org.uk and would advise anyone else with a complaint to do likewise.

        Shocking. Rude. Unhelpful. Refusing to exchange our tickets to banksy exhibition unless we pay more than double for another day when myself and my partner have covid. Money grabbing b******s. Special mention to Natalie who is particularly unhelpful. Won't be booking anything through you again. Recommend everyone else books elsewhere too

        One star is too generous no way of contact o and pure liars!!! My show was cancelled and said they gave me a refund(they did not) never again will I book tickets for such an awful company!!! NEVER BUY TICKETS FROM LOVE THEATRE!!!!

        i would give zero if i could. do not book with this company go with official websites to purchase your tickets. should you need any help with your tickets there is nobody to help you! they dont answer calls or reply to emails!

        If I could give a zero, I would! I was unable to go to the show I booked due to Covid, I thought this would be fine as I had also paid extra for covid cover - I have contacted them now twice regarding this issue to no avail, they are incapable of getting in contact with their customers and simply want to take their money. Absolutely unacceptable!
