        I booked two tickets to a show and booked the wrong date. I emailed in asking if I could change the date and they said Id have to buy new tickets and the old ones would be refunded. So I purchased new tickets, replied to them with the new booking reference and within an hour the refund had been authorised on PayPal. All of this was sorted within a couple of ours, Amy (Theatre Customer Service Senior Agent) was very responsive and helped me promptly. From my experience, I would personally recommend. Thanks all, customer service was very good.

        Shocking service. Show got cancelled and they are trying to withhold payment back instead of a full refund. I would caution anyone using their services!
