        Despite making numerous attempts to contact the embassy by phone, my calls have repeatedly gone straight to voicemail. This is frustrating as i live outside London and do not have the option of visiting the embassy in person for updates or simple information. Thus, the information available on the embassys website has not been helpful addressing my concerns.

        Dealt with very quickly, pleasantly, and professionally at the Embassy. Visa was received after just a couple of days. I would have awarded 5 stars if it was possible to submit the application by post as previously.
