There was no order and people were talking over eachother, trying to get assistance from the staff at the high commission. The last time I saw that kind of disorderliness was over 20 years ago. There were two members of high commission staff attending to over 25 people, the best they could. I am glad I got there as early as 10am, otherwise it would have been a wasted day. Phew!

Very very poor service, I went there to renew my passport since October 2022. Till now may 2023 no response, no phone contact to reach the only single number online is rubbish not going through not to talk of someone picking it. No email to address an issue to. Had to call servicom/passport complaints in Nigeria, the response is that I should go back to the Nigeria embassy here in London, Im living very far away from London 7hours journey to Nigeria embassy so sad. If its possible to remove the 1star I gave to you people I would. So frustrating .

When coming here for passport renewals, arrange your Appointment slip, passport acknowledgement page(with your name and address written on it) , passport payment page, a postal order payable to the Nigeria High Commission (with your name and phone number written on the back) And your application form. Ensure that the names on your NIN and your Passport match or you will be asked to leave. Entry is chaotic, the staff at the entrance aren't the greatest and there's no provision for ramps/wheelchair access. Had my appointment while the building was being renovated, so this might be the reason the only entry access was a tiny side door. It moves pretty steadily once you get into the building. Eat before showing up. There is a service centre where you can print documents relating to your application, however, getting into the building is the rate limiting step, if you can get in at all without your documents already in yor hands. Just pray. Overall, the experience is mid. Plan to spend the whole day.
