        Cleaning of a suit for military person. Cannot access cleaners due to being closed at times and now building vacated taking clothes with them. Tried contacting The White Rose Company Drycleaners head office but no reply by phone or email. Very disappointed and upset as recommended the business to colleagues.

        It was good for 3 months then Laundry manager gave me badly pressed batch. He said that its because he is not getting any business from me (I was giving him 10 shirts to iron per week). Also sometimes i was charged different prices depending on the person behind the counter. If they want they can give you great service the problem is with their unpredictability.....

        Poor attention to detail. Large stain left, which I am not sure was there originally. Refused to accept they did poor job. Removed stain myself.

        They did an exceptionally shoddy job on an item I left with them to be fixed. I mean, embarrassingly bad. When I complained, the man in there at the time got really irate and threatened to unstitch everything.
